Jennifer Jade Ledesna

Ms. Ledesna is a multilingual New York City native and an alumnus of the “Famed” LaGuardia Arts and the New School University Jazz & Music program where she received her Bachelor’s. A true vaudevillian at heart, Equity actress, & jazz vocal jet setter, Ms. Jade often performs at “Aux Trois Mailletz” in Paris. She has sung at Carnegie Hall in Bobby McFerrin’s “Instant Opera! Young Artists Concert,” in the World Premiere Tour of “Chapel/Chapter” with the Bill T. Jones / Arnie Zane Dance Company, Norway’s International “Silda Jazz Festival,” & she’ll be bringing in 2015 singing for the King of Morocco in Casablanca! Jenn Jade has had the honor of being invited twice, consecutively, to the prestigious Kennedy Center Millennium Stage to debut her original compositions in the “Betty Carter Jazz Ahead Residencies of 2008 & 2009” In Switzerland, she was a Finalist in the “Montreux Jazz Festival International Voice Competition 2007” at the Kurt Elling Master Class, IAJE 2008 in Toronto, she received an award for “Outstanding Musicianship.” She’s sung with: ELEW, Robert Glasper, Bobby McFerrin, Cándido Camero, Bobby Sanabria, Junior Mance, Wycliffe Gordon, Dave Valentin, Wynton Marsalis, & Bill T. Jones, among others.
