Dancing The Dark Magdalene

A Meditative Performance Experience

Interdisciplinary dance artist Corazon Tierra will perform a dance inspired by The Dark Magdalene, an art exhibition by artist Tanya Torres, accompanied by
artist-shaman, Maria Mar,who will create meditative sounds for the dance. The
evening will culminate in a community experience, where audience members will be invited to sense and feel the paintings through movement and embodiment .
