Gianina “Scarlet” Nolberto

Gianina “Scarlet” Nolberto is a Garifuna dancer, model, and actress. She has been dancing since she was six years old. She graduated with her Associates degree for Theatre Art in 2014. In the spring she will be attending Hunter College for her Bachelors and Master’s in Dance Education and is currently in the beginning stages of establishing her company Dance Class and Some Shades. She is a hip-hop based dancer but also dances punta, ballet, modern, bachata, and African. “Dance is my passion and my first love. Being a dancer has changed me as a woman and has helped me grow. It has been my light in the darkness I’ve encountered. This is who I am.”
